If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases. If you terminate your Account any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

Products are made from plant ingredients which may lead to a variation in colour or texture. SAFISA does not represent or warrant that such goods will be available. Stock indications are not provided on the website.


All pricing information on the website is correct at the time of going on line. SAFISA reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary. If We find a pricing error when We receive Your order, We will contact you to ask if You wish to proceed at the correct price. If You confirm that you wish to proceed at the correct price, this constitutes a new order and We shall not be obliged to supply the goods until We have sent you a e-mail dispatch confirmation.


Prices shown on the website do not include delivery. The delivery charge will be confirmed during the order process. Payment for goods is required at the time of placing an order. Goods remain the property of SAFISA until cleared payment is received. SAFISA will issue an e-mail confirmation of Your order sent to the e-mail address which You have provided. 


12. Delivery

We shall endeavour to dispatch your goods to you as soon as possible after you have placed your order, normally within 1-2 working days. If We are unable to dispatch your order within the timeframes given, we shall notify you and provide an estimated delivery date. 


We will ship your order to the shipping address which you have provided. SAFISA does not accept any responsibility for goods being delivered to an incorrect address. If you have provided incorrect delivery information then please contact us as soon as possible at info@safisa.shop, quoting your order number. If your order has not been dispatched then we will endeavour, on a best efforts basis, to amend the address details. If your order has been dispatched we will not be liable for any losses incurred.


PO Box addresses: please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.


Estimated Delivery Time: the time is takes to receive your order is on a best efforts basis. We estimate delivery times to be as follows: UK 2-5 working days, USA 2-5 working days, Canada 2-5 working days. These dates are estimates only and do not gua.


13. Returns policy

SAFISA always aims to provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.


If SAFISA receives no communication from you, within 2 days of receipt, regarding any problems with the Goods, we will presume that you have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.


If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt and inspection of the returned Goods which should be unopened and in a re saleable condition.


If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, please contact SAFISA within 2 days to arrange return. Goods should be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods and delivery, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Please obtain a certificate of posting for your records and retain it until you have received your refund.


If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. Please report such damage to SAFISA within 2 days. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods and delivery, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Please obtain a certificate of posting for your records and retain it until you have received your refund.


You have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 7 working days after the Goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to SAFISA within 14 working days of receipt and in re saleable condition. You are required to cover the cost of returning the cancelled item(s) to us. Please obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office and retain it until You have received Your refund. A refund for the goods will be made once the goods have been received back and are deemed re-saleable

If you wish to cancel an order then please contact Us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders where the order has not yet been dispatched.

Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to: any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Goods; any characteristics of the Goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly; Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.
